(FR)

Over four decades ago, in 1974, Ron Hall sailed from Hawaii to Tahiti with actor Peter Fonda. On the island of Moorea, a paradise in the South Pacific, Ron found everything he originally sought on Hawaii. Here , he set root and married a Polynesian woman, Josée, whose beauty and youth has been immortalized as a Tahitian dancer on a vintage postage stamp.
Ron built his family business on the Eastern entrance of the Cook’s Bay where he raised his two children, Heimata and Vaitiare. Ron Hall Pearls is a well -curated boutique with a ‘museum-Esque’ vibe that hosts a fascinating array of antiques, old photos, and paintings.
The charisma and warmth that Ron Hall built into the foundation of this family-owned business is carried on today by his daughter, Vaitiare Hall, an international woman with connections from Hawaii to United States to France. Born and raised on Moorea, Vaitiare is a graduate gemologist and jeweller from The Gemological Institute of America.
As a dynamic young woman with a magnetic personality, Vaitiare has reached out to many over the years. Her public presence is due to her unforgettable role on Polynesie 1 ere’s television show Islander’s Tahiti.
